Se elaboran con zumo de lim\u00f3n, ralladura, mantequilla y harina para conseguir una textura que se deshace en la boca y un sabor \u00e1cido.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 yemas de huevo<\/li>\n<li>110 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>120 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>300 g de harina<\/li>\n<li>Zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>La ralladura de un lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sobre de levadura en polvo Az\u00facar en polvo al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar la mantequilla con las yemas de huevo, a continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir el zumo y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n.
